QUESTIONS ABOUT THE USE OF THE VIDEOS

Can I make copies of the videos to give away in ministry?

We cannot authorize copying for legal reasons. Our videos contain copyrighted and licensed music tracks, and we are the only ones authorized to have copies made, which we do through a professionally-certified replication service. For more details, please visit our copying policy page.

Are your videos available for reselling?

We do make our videos available in limited quantities for reselling, though we charge according to what the resale amount will be. (We must pay additional music royalties for videos that are resold as retail items.) We rely on the honesty of would-be resellers to accurately report their use of the videos upon purchase. Are your videos available for television broadcast?

We have acquired the necessary royalty rights for the music used in the videos to grant license for broadcasting (in non-commercial venues). We are happy to provide broadcast copies of the videos for this purpose, and we do request a freewill donation to help cover the annual royalty fees we must pay to allow for this service. Can I show the videos in a public or large-group setting?

Absolutely, in fact we encourage this! As long as you have the permission of the venue by which you’ll be presenting the video(s), we do not impose any restrictions on public presentations. We only ask that you not charge for admission or use it to raise revenue.

I’m interested in doing a massive distribution of the DVDs. Is it possible to get the DVDs without the casing, and can I get a break on the price?

It’s possible AND it has been done on several occasions. We can order special “runs” of the DVD without the extra packaging in order to save you money. We do not sell unpackaged videos in quantities of less than 1000 (one thousand), and orders need to be in multiples of 500. The actual per-item price depends on the amount you order, but it will be a considerable savings over the price of the fully-packaged video. We also require that any videos ordered in this way be used for large-scale events or distributions. We don’t want them just sitting in boxes and handed out in small quantities over a long period of time. We will ask you for a plan for their use prior to the distribution, and a report following the distribution. Please contact us directly for more details if you are interested in doing this.

I’d like to show this video at my church or other event, and have some on hand to sell. Is this possible?

Yes, though we request that you not sell them for more than you paid for them. (If you wish to re-sell them for any kind of profit or fundraising, you will need to check out our resale policy.) We have a no-risk “consignment” option for non-fundraising use of the videos, which allows you to pre-order the number of videos you want to have on hand before the event, sell them (at cost or below), and then return any videos that are left over. You are only charged for what you do not return. (A credit card is required.) In that way you end up risking nothing more than postage costs.
