An important goal of our ministry is to provide DVDs at as low a cost as possible for people who wish to use them as ministry tools. That's what we do, and that's why we've made them. We encourage others to help us by doing the same!

We ask that all of our DVDs either be given away, or resold for the same low ministry rate (for recouping costs only.) However, we do want to make resale options available for those who rely upon media sales to support their ministry or business.

If you are a reseller (and this includes, but is not limited to, ministry fundraising, bookstores, special events, online stores, ministry websites, eBay, etc.) then the following rate scale applies (we rely upon the honesty and integrity of would-be resellers to report their retail price.)

The reason for this resale policy:

Our documentary films contain music selections that are licensed to us with certain restrictions. We are allowed to distribute the DVDs without limitation for ministry use (provided that they are sold at cost or less); nevertheless, for any DVDs that are destined for resale (or any use that generates a profit), we must pay additional royalties to the music providers.

In addition, since Living Hope Ministries does not factor production expenses into videos acquired at "ministry rates", we believe that it is only reasonable for those ministries who benefit financially from our products to share a fair portion of those proceeds to help offset Living Hope Ministries' production costs.

We rely on the integrity and honesty of would-be resellers to report how the videos will be used or distributed. It is a violation of our terms and conditions to resell videos acquired from this website at "ministry rates" for more than was paid for them, even by non-profit organizations. This also causes us to be out of compliance with our music contracts.
