Videos acquired through our internet store MAY NOT BE RESOLD. They are for ministry purposes only. Videos acquired at ministry rates ($4.00 or less) are intended for free distribution, or if necessary, sold only for the amount of purchase.

Our resale policy is dictated in part by our contracts with other media providers. Therefore, we rely upon the honesty and integrity of those who order our materials to comply with this policy.

TAX-DEDUCTIBLE CONTRIBUTIONS:

Living Hope Ministries is a non-profit corporation, and all donations above the fair market value of any goods received is considered a tax-deductible donation and will be receipted as such. In order to conform to federal tax regulations, if your contribution does not exceed the fair market value (i.e., the donation request amount), then you may not count the contribution as a tax-deductible donation.

CREDIT CARD ORDERS:  Living Hope Ministries manually processes all credit card orders after an order request and donation amount is submitted (e.g. by mail or fax, or via online order form), and approved by LHM order processing. 

SHIPPING / MAILING:  Unless otherwise specified, all videos shipped within the United States will go via Media Mail.  Note to residents of Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories:  Media mail may take as long as several weeks to arrive at address outside the continental US.  Selecting the priority mail option is recommended in such cases.

If you request priority mail, or your shipping address is outside the United States, then you will automatically be charged the amount shown on the shipping and handling chart, EVEN THOUGH ONLY THE MEDIA MAIL AMOUNT IS DISPLAYED UPON CHECKOUT. Your placing an order constitutes an agreement to pay the added amount. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please contact us prior to placing your order.

COPYING VIDEOS

We cannot authorize the copying of the videos, even for ministry and free distribution. First and foremost, it is illegal, and we can't change that even if we wanted to. This has to do primarily with our contract with the music providers for the videos, which proscribes things we can and cannot allow, so there are copyright issues.

Copying also detracts from our ability to continue to provide the videos for such low donation requests. We rely on providing a certain number of videos annually (and the donations for those videos) in order to be able to keep our costs as low as they are. When unauthorized copies are made, (even if well-intentioned), those who are willing to cover our minimal costs are being robbed; as the number of orders decreases due to copying, our cost-per-item goes up.

Unauthorized copying also produces inferior products and compatibility issues, and we have a responsibility toward the integrity and quality of the product.
